You didn't pay them on the 28th.. You sent it via some sort of courier and they probably only got it this week... Given what happened with that "other" previous situation I know I would have waited to receive it and make sure it was in US funds and "good" before sending you anything... Or maybe you went off on them after the first screw up and so they've decided to wait to get the money first... Or maybe they haven't got it yet and are wondering if you're actually the scammer... Unlike you, maybe they aren't willing to bring it to the board and trash you... Bottom line, you're not working with them to find out what's going on and are instead trashing them etc... But that's a different issue..

Works both ways... Basically you've shown that if things don't go 100% perfectly (and they won't), you'll bring it to the boards and tarnish someone's reputation... Good luck with that as the number of people you'll be able to do business with will continue to shrink over the years..
