HOLLYWOOD, Calif.- Rick Salomon, the man who appeared in the infamous 2004 XXX-sex video with Paris Hilton, "1 Night In Paris," has filed a lawsuit against Larry Flynt's company, claiming it did not have permission to ink a deal that would broadcast the footage via hotel room pay-per-view.

Salomon, 37, who was briefly married to Shannen Doherty, filed his copyright infringement lawsuit, in federal court in Los Angeles Thursday. He seeks at least $5 million in damages.

In addition to Flynt's LFP Broadcasting LLC, the suit also names a company that allegedly signed on to distribute the video, Hospitality Network Inc., as a defendant.

Salomon, Hilton's one-time beau and also the producer of "1 Night...", claims LFP does not have rights to the video, which is now registered with the copyright office, and was not authorized to enter into a licensing agreement with Hospitality Network.
