Besides as jace said of instant results.
The injection produces a very firm erection in 80% of men regardless of age or ED issue. The suppository is only about 30% effective though.
It also is very localized so there are less issues than with an ingested medication.
The erection ussually will last well past the climax so you can keep on going.
It does not require much if any stimulation to get an erection.
