Yeah blog designs I'll extend these prices to as well, but not themes.. I hate designing around the constraints of WordPress or similar software.. I prefer more freedom from a script such as CuteNews where you implement the articles into the design, not the other way around..for example:
http://www.dynamixxx.com/complete/blog/BigTitsX.com/ (CuteNews)
vs:
http://www.bj4y.com/blog/ (WordPress)
