I do for my online stores.

I had a guy in Pine Beach, NJ that ordered for 114.00 worth of goods Monday afternoon. He called, wanted to see if we offered " next day " . I told him in is not a standard option, but I could do it if he paid the extra charges.

He paid 48.21 instead of 19.00, and the next day he had his parcel in his hands at 10:00 AM. And he could track his order on the site with the WB#.

I am a genious?

No, just a normal operator that cares for his clients.

So the BADDOG attitude is completely off the map... SonOfSam asked for something, was promised that and didn't get it... So if Baddog fine this proper, I would start wondering about a few things



PS: the client actually ordered another 200.00 from another of my store with a 20% off coupon included in the first order
