Hmm, you could have a point but that link to the stats shows a large increase in inventory and decline in price. I think inventory is the big factor here. I do get a lot of buyers wanting the cheapo apt and they don't make low ball offers.. but the more expensive one gets bids that are like 20 percent less than asking price. I know there are a lot of vultures out there looking to get deals and this is going to continue. If you want to buy a lux condo in Miami I say wait about 6 mos to a year.
