Adult has always been lacking in customer service except for a few outstanding companies. It's sad really. Almost as sad as people taking up for companies simply because they got their shit right. That doesn't make their current fuck up any less fucked up.
Alas, I guess if I were interested in going to shows and playing grab ass with all the well knowns I could fuck people over from time to time and have people take up for me when I wouldn't even take up for myself.
