Just an FYI, I sent a small package to Canada on 11/28. They said 7-10 days. As of yesterday it still had not arrived.
There are a couple issues you guys seem to forget about:
1. Canadian customs. I don't think much needs to be added.
2. Christmas mail. This time of year everything takes longer as there is more mail out there.
I was expecting a package from Phoenix today. It did not make it. I do not think that the sender hasn't mailed it. I think the post office is busy.

From 11/28 10 business days would be 12/12/05. Assuming business days are monday - friday.
Which explans why you haven't recieved it.
From 12/05/05. The package should arrive Today, 12/12/05 or 12/13/05
But the most important thing is that a conformation/tracking number me given.
