i've seen some real fast fucking civics. one of my friends i used to work with (a girl), had an 11.9 second naturally aspirated civic. it had an engine swap to a 1.8L racing enging, new exhaust, couple other bells and whistles, and a custom interior.

all done by her personally.

that fucker was bright pink, but i would have pimped it around. ;)
