Without spamming your *own* cash program, please post which you've had the most success with. High conversion ratios, multiple years of consistent payouts, etc.
I personally have tried more than I can count and have had the most success with vscash. I've found revshare programs to be *A LOT* better than pay per sign up, because you continue to make money even if your site is sold/taken down.
