i did the gym for 4 months earlier this year, got so fuckin bored with it and it wasnt challenging enough...plus i like someone tellin me "do this 5 times...now switch...keep going.." etc. and i wasnt about to pay for a personal trainer to do that to me 3 times a week for an hour and 1/2
i used to do kickboxing back in the day when i was REALLY fat, within 3 months, i was skinny, toned and in the best shape of my life (plus i loved doing it!) its fun!

i dunno..i guess i just like bootcamp style of training over the run on a treadmill thing. ::shrugs::
