So what? Russian cards are not accepted as well (tested myself). Even if you send them a scan fo your id's, a scan of your card (both sides!), and a scan of your bank agreement. They'll still won't accept it. Because they are afraid of EVERYTHING!
On the other hand, you may join some good and famous affliate program such as
Real-Bucks, generate a few sales to state you're ACTIVE WEBMASTER, and they'll create you an ePassporte account with a plastic card (VISA Electrom) for
FREE. I.e. they'll pay all the expenses from their pocket!
