why would anybody put true high def on the web? it would be suicidal to try to stream DVCPro HD at 100mbps on the web. the clip might not be high def for TV, but it sure could be for the Web.
and for your info this clip was compressed at variable bit rate, it actually peaks out at 8mbps believe it or not
