When I'm searching for something new and inventive instead of making the same old things all the time I go to All Recipes ....you can search by the name of the dish, the type of food (main course, appetizer, etc), or by ingredients. The last option is great when you're looking for something different to make with the same old chicken breasts that you have all the time. I love the fact that people can give feedback and rate the recipes after they've tried them too - that way you can see what sucks before you waste your time making it yourself.

Good luck! It sounds like you have a challenge on your hands. If I varied from the traditional family stuffing recipe there'd be a riot at my house!
