They won't count, for example, small checks from sponsors if they're not above a certain amount, even though all those smaller sponsor checks add up to a significant number when combined. They won't count this, or that. But they will count THIS over here or that over there.
Basically that's the number they decided on to count as an overall monthly average over the last 12 months when determining what qualifies me for their loan. We just went through this, as I was the co-signer on a house Belinda purchased last month...
