I had a minor problem with Sunny Dollars (which turned out to be my own fault). I contacted them and they straightened it out immediately without making me feel like an moron (which is no easy task).
I always complain when I get non-existent or lousy support from companies, so I think it's only fair to give credit where and when it's due. Thanks again, guys.
