Once again...dual use material...and must be processed to be weaponized. It has been common knowledge for many many years that private enterprise was allowed...for a period of time...to sell dual use materials to Iraq. Not one single WMD was ever sold to Iraq by the US...as you and others like to state over and over. The US did not arm Iraq...as you and others like to state over and over.
