What? Teaching them morals, ethics, no premarital sex, no drugs, and then giving them the choice to do as they please at 18 is fucking up kids?
The problem that most people have with Catholics is the stance that is taken on gay marriage and abortions. Neither of which they will have to worry about until they are 18.
I was raised a catholic...sure i smoke the ganja every now and then...and ive banged hundreds of women....but i don't steal, lie, cheat, I am respectful, I have morals, and my ethics are up to par with most saints...all because of the way i was brought up.
i am no longer a catholic because god does not exist to me....not because the catholic religion sucks.
