I dont blame powell to much because i think he was duped into actually believing the shit he talked ( like most of them ) , whereas i think condoleezza knows damn well she is lying ( who knows why .. must be a power/money thing or something )
Like i think most people who say " we don't torture people" actually think that they dont really torture people.. or they think they only torture "bad" people but i think she knows damn well when she says " we dont torture people" that she really means " we do torture people , but if we tell them that they will freak out "
