he isnt "co-mingling" the text he is just scraping the ONE site at a time.

Duplicate content problems happen when you duplicate your own content on your own site over, and over. Google doesn't penalize sites with duplicate content acrossed sites (unless on same IP), otherwise why would they love RSS so much
