Actions speak louder than words. If you (Juicy) were reasonable with your dealings with them, then their lack of service = your lack of future cash flowing into their business. I have had several hosts who aren't getting any more of my cash because of a lack of service.
Then again, this thread is probably just leverage to piss someone off
