They should add some features to it, epass has been pretty much the same since they launched. Some minor details like ability to view SOME details about the person that you are dealing with (country of origin, verification status, account opening date, similar to the way paypal does it) When you send money, on the "this transaction will cost you 25 cents" screen, just add some details and also a "details" link next to each transaction perhaps, would take few hours tops to add that in.

Better transaction history would be great too or ability to export transactions in csv format. There are probably a dozen things that need improving, would take their programmers perhaps a day to do it and would make their system more polished up.
