I was told that , if he contacted me again I should refer him to my boss and they would work with him to solve any problem he might have.
When ever someone contacts me, I try to help them as quick as possible, where you are or what your problem is.
Every one that have contacted me have had their problem solved, questions answered or it is being worked on.

No I understood you perfectly. It's amazing that a company dealing with online payments can manage online payments so absolutely shitty. Do you have any idea how many paypal transactions are fraudulent? Even when they have to take the money from the person they got screwed you get a NEGATIVE balance on your account so you can decide if you want to upload money or wait until you receive more. I've left a negative balance there for 5 months before until I received enough payments to cover it. Closing his account again because he was pissed is not how to do business. I understand you have no control over it but I also know it's retarded. He was nice considering the circumstances as I would have been much more heated than that.
P.S. I did get my account suspended by paypal before while they "investigated". After faxing shit multiple times I called the then CEO and gave her much more shit than he gave you on or off the board. My account was active 15 minutes later. This shit is a joke and should make anyone nervous about putting any significant money in the system.
