This is NOT the company charging you twice (per se) ... this happens when the merchant closes out transactions improperly (usually opening a new transaction rather than closing out the pre-auth).

Yes this does suck, but blaming ePassporte for the incompetence of merchants is simply ludacris and ignorant!

ePass is a 100% stand-up company ... back in the summer when I had a major issue with Paypal, it was ePass, and specifically RAND that helped me to get alot of my money back ...

99 out of 100 times people place the blame wherever it is easiest to do so, and at least 90 of those 99 times, these types of threads are nothing more than propaganda, and in many cases libelous ...

People who are quick to slam large companies publically had better hope that they never make the decision to start litigating some of the people/companies libelling them!
