Keyser came to bat for me and took care of an issue I had been arguing with Epass on and off for 6 months about. I had sworn never to use Epass again so many times due to their abysmal customer support.
Contacted Keyser Soze, took less than an hour... and bada bing! Problem solved, and they didn't retract their action 'this time'

I give them a Kudos for starting to improve in that department atleast.
That said, Keyser, I had to call the call center and they still really are clueless there... much more patient and not so rude, but clueless none the less..
