So you also did not kick over $1,500 for accomdations/travel to Qon, but are vouching for him since you had a few drinks with him and perhaps he set you up with some hookers. You guys are too easy. Come to San Francisco and I'll set you up and then I will be a stand-up guy too.

The issue remains, is the price for accommodations and travel that he is quoting reasonable? Especially considering that he is NOT a licensed travel agent.

I'm not sure what you do in the industry. Irregardless, you are coming off as a shill, unless you too are personally planning to shell out $1,500 for a 2 night stay in Bangkok, travel to Pattaya (and back), with 6 nights in Pattaya (not including flights to Thailand, and "incidentals (hookers, etc)".
It really doesn't matter how many people Qon can get to suck his dick and do the "stand-up" guy routine, the fact remains, that he is not a travel agent, and he is not being forthcoming about his package (for totally bogus reasons - as if it would be hard for U.S. or Thai police to book a trip undercover and bust him, and all of his patrons, if they were so inclined).
