growing up one of my friends had tourette's syndrome, the tourette's guy isn't even close to the real thing... and not even as funny.
My friend had physical ticks (arm waving, giving the finger) as well as verbal. He would constantly shout fuck, shit, ass, etc.
This was quite humorous being 13
