Hey, do you have a copy of the accident report handy (or easy access to the accident report)? You could have another claim that the report was mishandled.
Clearly, a low velocity impact classification cannot be assigned to an accident where at least one of the drivers was going 50-60. When you do the mathematics, the velocity will even increase further when you consider your speed and direction.
If you have been injured in a collision that ICBC has determined to be a low velocity impact, you should contact a lawyer. They may be able to help you recover for your personal injury claim.
