I thought that 2257 forms are only required for "obscene" material, and I thought that doesn't include tits. So I would think that you can't really get nailed for child porn.
The fact that you don't have model releases could be a problem though, but if this kind of content sells well for you, the risks may be worth it. In the worst case the models involved may bring a civil suit againt you.
Does anyone know for sure what the deal with this kind of content is?
