I helped curate a Pop Art Exhibit that featured 3 Lichtenstien pieces.
Those were by far the most dificult works of art to deal with. The largest piece valued at over 3 million, the show was in New Orleans - the problem was keeping the humidity level at a certain level down South during a Summer Pop Art Show.
I've handled Basquiat and Warhol pieces and never was there a clause of keeping humidity levels at a certain level or it would forfeit to damage costs.
