I think you are wrong.
I pre-registered over $750,000.00 worth of .xxx names and at no point did the sites selling the pre-registrations say anything about .xxx not being available. They wouldn't have kept silent and just collect everyone's money for nothing, right? Are you saying that I am I out this money? What if I sell these pre-registrations to someone on e-bay? Let me know because I could be out a bunch of cash!
