SLLD is right, gambling is allowed at Antigua, Barbuda, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica, Netherland Antilles (Curacao), St Kitts & Nevis, St Vincent, Virgin Islands (US) and I know from my ex-partner that this say applies for Margarita Island. I confused it with an article I read about a last legislation passed at Antigua which had some limitations but didn't prohibit the operation of these companies. Big mistake since most of the online gambling co. operate legaly offshore. Starnet is one of them. This is not valid though for pornography where things are more strict. From a fast look i just did Anguilla for example doesn't allow any hardcore and limits things to softcore nude pics like the ones that can be found at playboy. But again if you research and setup things right I don't think you'll have any problem.
