I think it costs ya $50K to put in an application to ICANN, and have to demonstrate the community need for such... and then, if approved, a mil or two to setup the DNS server infrastructure, especially for .TGP which would probalby get a ton of traffic.
or maybe easier, find some tiny island that wants to claim .TGP as their country TLD..... maybe the TGP guys could pool some money to purchase their own island.
