It doesn't matter, it's supposed to be a free country. Morons can say they don't want pornographers in their area all they want, in a free country the minority is supposed to be protected from the masses.

In a lot of places a vote would show that the majority of the residents don't want blacks or gays in their areas, should they be arrested too?
