I've always offered to pay unless I knew it was a sponsored dinner (and I was invited ;) ) or unless someone else from WEG was around and I knew it was all going to eventually be paid out of the same account. Hell, I think I've even switched off with Gabe billing things to the our rooms: "You get this one, I'll get lunch".

SO...if I've freeloaded on anyone, please let me know and I'll buy you dinner!! (and charge it to Gabe's room..... ;) )
