maybe, we happen to be created by them in some form or fashion, we are their genetic petry dish project? Maybe the dinosaurs died out cuz some aliens found a great place to do such an experiment, and didnt need some huge ass reptiles fucking it up? Maybe 'god' and 'religion' were really orchestrated by them? Maybe I watch a lot of X-files? Maybe maybe maybe.
i try to be optimistic about EVERYthing, but as far as aliens go, its very possible. When you think of the zillions of stars and zillion upon zillion of planets revolving around them, its hard to imagine, stupid rather, to think we are the only intelligent life forms out there/here/wherever.
Its all about the MAYBE.
