Nietzsche was an interesting original thinker, however when it came to sexuality, he was a bit off, or more accurately, a product of his time. For example, he wrote: "Everything about woman has one solution: that is pregnancy."
Nietzsche never married (not for lack of trying, he was rejected by those he proposed to), and it is widely presumed that he died in 1900 as a result of an advanced case of syphilis contracted in a brothel.
