They paid me **MY* money. If you haven't been paid...its because they still have it. My money isn't your money or anyone else's. I don't dictate to them how much they pay - I simply asked for the amount owed to me. It was up to iBill to resolve the funding allocation.

I see ... So basically, you sort of say that they had your money in " escrow" in one account, mine in another account or so on...
That all the ' monies owed" are not from one single merged account ...
They are insolvent ( ie: they cannot pay what they owe and cannot see a date when they can), so by paying one in full, they are commiting fraud.
I'm happy for you, and honestly I wrote what is owed to me off a long time ago along with the Globill amount...
But there actions are not only illegal but immoral
