Check out HiCash they are kind of new/small but I've used them for a little while now and have already made some money. They seem to be really focused on making new sites and material to advertise, and they have always been able to help me within a few minutes of emailing them. They have most of the sites your interested in, and a good payout.. I use their 70% commission and have actually made money off it.
