You really are an idiot. And so is anyone who agrees with you.
In Afghanistan, for example, there was this guy, Massoud, who fought the Taliban. He was a muslim, and so were his troops. They believed what the Taliban was doing was wrong, and went against Islam. He believed in equal rights for men and women, and just wanted to set his country free.
Now, he asked the world, especially the US, for help against the Taliban countless times. Nothing happened. He said the Taliban were dangerous, and that their existence would most likely lead to terrorism. Nothing happened.
Now, the funny thing is that the Taliban grew big mainly because of the support the US had given to the most extremist mujahedin in Afghanistan during Russia's occupation, who later on became the Taliban.
So, the US got the Taliban to grow big, leading to their later power, but refused to do anything to set the country free, even though Massoud had the support of the majority of the people in his country, and gave clear warnings of what the Taliban would do in the future.
Another example. Iraq. Which country was it again that gave Iraq loads of support for their military, so they could fight Iran?
That's right, the US. Ofcourse, once again, after they had given the oppressors enough support to rule that country for all eternity, they failed to see what happened, and didn't try to set the country free.
Only after Iraq tried to invade Kuwait, the US attacked. Not because of human rights, not to set the country free... no, for oil.
And, ofcourse, the country wasn't set free. Nope, they installed a boycot, causing starvation throughout the country.
