On a more serious note, though - any hosting company is only as good as the sum of it's people. If it was a ticket that was important to you or some type of an emergency, of course an immediate response should be expected. However, it is only realistic to recognize that sometimes "easy" or "everyday" type tickets will always take second priority to any emergency that might be overwhelming staff. Lest of all, coming out of a holiday weekend.
