I can understand and appreciate what you're infering...but its wrong.
They paid me **MY* money. If you haven't been paid...its because they still have it. My money isn't your money or anyone else's. I don't dictate to them how much they pay - I simply asked for the amount owed to me. It was up to iBill to resolve the funding allocation.
