the mark-alert thing looks like it goes to paid for the silver account and is not as expansive as what we are doing. we actually take the whole process beyond simply domains all the way to sniffing out patent and trademark applications and inventors based on criteria of importance to our customers. almost all of the ipalert customers are law firms. we actually use both the ipalert and pddw services ourselves to get total awareness achieved.
