i mostly see sedo and private sales (and a couple transactions we were in on lol) at dnjournal. that page moreso goes to evidence the increasing popularity and valuations rather than backorder auction pricing trends. there are a few humdingers off snap there but considering the high volume of domains - only a very small percentage of the actual backorder auctions are super inflated. the bulk are below retail with only a sample at ludicrous values.
it is only going to get more competitive as people continue to get hip to the opportunity.
