1. Contact sponsers that you'd like to meet with beforehand to setup meetings.

2. Visit a variety of parties and meet as many people as possible. Also bring a pen to write on the back of each card some things that remonds you of the person you just met. (ie. glasses, by the bar at the players ball, funny moustache)

3. Although there is a lot of free alcohol, avoid getting 100% trashed. Not only will you make an ass of yourself, but 1 hangover can kill the whole experience.

4. Hit the convention ASAP on day 1. This will have the sponsers at their peak and there will be a lot of people on the floor to mingle with.
