Their shared hosting solutions are well priced and there are no issues with quality, but when you have to make changes or deal with their tech support, it is truly horrible. I've had major downtime issues with them, all resulting from when I asked them to make changes and they constantly make mistakes . Their sales and support staff are constantly in a rush, never take the time to actually understand your needs.
