Sleezy....I have a horrendous fear of flying. I have to take Xanax just to even get the guts to get on a plane. About 5 years ago, hubby talked me into coming to an adult show in Vegas.
My doctor gave me a small supply and told me to take one about 30 mins before boarding....then another as soon as I got on. I followed her instructions....
By the time the plane was screaming down the runway...wheels lifting off....it all hit me. shortly thereafter, ( don't remember how) but the tray in front of me came down...I have vague rememberence of flight attendants...chattering from other travelers...then my head when down into my tray.
I was forward into my tray the entire flight....after we landed...my husband woke me up to get off the plane. I could tell by the way he was looking at me that something was funny.....I kept asking him WHAT???
I was still groggy....he led me thru the nightmare of getting out of the airport and into the cab....we got to our destination....walked all over thru the Tropicana...then I went to the ladies room....
I looked in the mirror....I was horrified....I had the distinct impression of a package of Southwest Airlines peanut package on my forehead.....took a couple more hours to go away.
How embarrassing.
