Forward all you mail to your gmail account, use the gmail pop3 access to download to your local machine and then you can use something like cloudmark for a final filter with outlook, try it for a few days and see if you like how it performs as both spam filters here are trainable.


You don't lose mail, it puts it al in a spam folder so you can check.
