Umm...
I do not deal with clients "On a Budget".
I deal with clients that want to make a killing and are tired of all the whiz bang designers.
If a company is finally ready for serious results and are willing to pay for my experience that has specialised in Tour design since day one I am easy to get ahold of.
I do not shop my services often unless it is a client I want in particular.
