Done exactly that mrthumbs and killed off smoking cigarettes, but now smoke an equivalent number of cigars.
Everyone is different, but it may help reduce smoking - cigarettes are damned dangerous (filled with utter shit!). Forget the name of the place - just outside Tampa - they make cigars of all types and ya can get em without all the crap they put into "mass marketed" cigars (and they don't cost much).
I'm lucky where I am - can get 1000 cigars of just plain leave/seed for about 3 cents each rolled on a maidens thigh (or between a whore's ass cheeks of ya like!
) It's part of the benefits of Costa Rica.
